Family-Style Dinner 
at ChoLon Modern Asian Bistro
Lon Symensma’s LoDo destination is rolling out whole Peking duck with all the fixings, including moo shu pancakes, for its monthly family-style menu, offered throughout dinner service tonight ($77 per duck). 1555 Blake St.; 

Glaze by Sasa Opens
Maki and macarons come together at this collaboration between Glaze and Sushi Sasa. We’ll be reporting on the Congress Park sushi-and-dessert bar later this week, but in the meantime, rest assured Heather Alcott’s famous Baum cakes are still on the menu. 1160 Madison St.; 720-387-7890


Back-Patio Cigar Dinner at Angelo’s Taverna
This Alamo Placita haunt is serving up an outdoor, cocktail-paired five-courser that ranges from barrel-smoked scallops in pancetta-sage sauce to balsamic-glazed spareribs and chargrilled oysters; the feast starts and ends with premium cigars (6:30 PM; $80 per person). 620 E. 6th Ave.; 303-744-3366

Infinite Monkey Theorem Wine Dinner at Lala’s Wine Bar + Pizzeria
Meet local winemaker Ben Parsons at this Capitol Hill Italian eatery over a quartet of dishes that include seared duck breast in blackberry beurre blanc with Petite Sirah and blood orange-white chocolate layer cake with Orange Muscat. Johan Vineyards Wine Dinner at Z Cuisine

Keplinger Wine Dinner at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar Glendale

Real Genius Craft Beer Dinner at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema

Seghesio Wine Dinner at Arugula
California wines meet Colorado ingredients at this Boulder Italian restaurant’s five-course celebration of the summer solstice. Viva Sangrita at Linger
San Francisco-based hospitality group The Bon Vivants are descending on Linger to host a sangrita-making contest in preparation for the final competition at this year’s Tales of the Cocktail. Opening Celebration at The Kitchen Fort Collins

Fort Collins Brewery Beer Dinner at Ale House at Amato’s

Santorini Wine Dinner at Axios Estiatorio
The last in a six-month series of regional Greek wine dinners at this Tennyson eatery is nearly sold out, so book your spot pronto to sample the likes of grilled swordfish in smoked paprika broth with Assyrtiko and cheese pie in almond-honey syrup with vin santo (7 PM; $59 per person). 3901 Tennyson St.; 

Summer Solstice Dinner at Trillium
Ryan Leinonen's Ballpark eatery continues its super-popular Scandinavian dinner series with this ode to Midsommardagen, to use the name for the Swedish celebration of the year's longest day. The menu for the four-course, beverage-paired dinner has yet to be announced, but look for dishes like the pork chop with clams pictured top. 2134 Larimer St.; 303-379-9759


Do at the Zoo

Some 60 restaurants will be feeding the animals — humans specifically — at The Denver Zoo’s 25th annual fundraising gala, complete with open bar and live entertainment. Kivelstadt Wine Cellars Dinner at Harman’s eat & drink
