Antonelli’s and Pedernales Cellars are combining forces to bring an evening of delectable pairings. La Villa Ranch quail sausage will be on offer too (free entry, wine and cheese flights priced accordingly, 6 PM, 2610 Manor Rd.).
The sausage and beer garden is teaming up with St. Arnold’s and dipping into its cellar to pair rare beers with chef Ted Prater’s chocolate desserts like chocolate-dipped pecans and spicy toffee pudding ($50, 7–11 PM, 79 Rainey St.).
Tuscan Wine Dinner at Congress
Chef David Bull is working with winemaker and owner Jacopo di Battista of Querceto di Castellina Winery of Tuscany to offer a small wine pairing dinner (only 11 people) as a preview of Bull’s Authentic Tuscany trip.
