Roaring Fork is known for their upscale comfort food, and after braving the cold for a few days, we knew our time had come for their treats. The standout was the steakhouse’s mac 'n' cheese with a green chili twist. They make it with poblano and red peppers to add some spice, and it comes baked in its own iron dish. Now, regular mac 'n' cheese is already one of our favorite comforts, but baking it takes the cake - or at least holds a candle to the restaurant's fabulous desserts, like huckleberry cheesecake and Mexican vanilla crème brulee.
