Epicerie Makes Bunny Crepes for Easter Brunch

Why just collect eggs from the Easter bunny when you could eat him? In honor of the holiday, Epicerie chef Sarah McIntosh has created a special brunch item, Bunny Crepes, that will run on Sunday.

Sure, you should still order the amazing croque madame and salted chocolate chip cookies (among other brunch items), but also dig into braised rabbit in buckwheat crepes, topped with a fried egg and thinly sliced breakfast radishes. Beats the pants off that hollow milk chocolate rabbit from last year’s Easter.
