Summer Sparkling Dinner at Parkside

Help raise money for the Sustainable Food Center tonight with a multi-course dinner at chef Shawn Cirkiel’s downtown restaurant Parkside. Each course will be paired with sparkling cocktails and wine to refresh you amid all this heat. Think passed hors d’oeuvres like grilled octopus with spicy chimichurri as well as courses like chilled watermelon soup with cucumber, basil and crème fraiche as well as smoked grouper with fresh polenta, green beans and sorghum barbecue sauce. The dinner is from 7-10 PM tonight (Tuesday) and will cost you around $100. Buy tickets here.
