Bondir Hosts Decadent Truffle Dinner

Nothing in life is ever just black and white. Except maybe this: a black and white truffle dinner at Bondir on Tuesday, December 17. Now that we're firmly in season, chef Jason Bond (above), whose sous Rachel Miller is one of our 30 Under 30, will host a wine-paired four-course dinner with each stage infused by the flavors of black and white truffles. The agenda includes frisée au lardon with smoked pork rib, alba truffle scented quail egg, and perigord truffle vinaigrette; poulet en vessie demi deuil with mushroom ragú, pommes aligot,  and pickled wild leek; and an apriot souffle with white truffle ice cream.
