Crunching numbers is our strong suit. (Except when the bill comes.) So as you hurry to make your Boston Restaurant Week reservations, we saved you the time of scouring for the top-rated restaurants. Here’s a list of the highest scoring Boston Restaurant Week participants. All are rated at or above 27; the question is, which one will you pick?

  • Mistral

The French flagship of Columbus Hospitality Group is a big people pleaser. And in 2013 it celebrates a sweet 16 years of sophisticated dining in the Back Bay.

    223 Columbus Ave.; 617-867-9300

  • T.W. Food

Long before “all-local” and “sustainable sources” were mainstream buzzwords, T.W. Food was practicing them as a philosophy of food. No wonder it has inspired devotees who keep its score growing strong.

    377 Walden St.; 617-864-4745

  • Uni Sashimi Bar

From everyday fine dining to its famous late-night ramen, Uni is the stuff of local legend. It doesn’t hurt that it’s co-owned by Boston star chef Ken Oringer, of course.

    370 Commonwealth Ave.; 617-536-7200

  • Bergamot

Sophisticated but unpretentious, Bergamot has the warm and familiar vibe of a warm neighborhood restaurant. But the experience earns it scores that are among the best in Boston.

    118 Beacon St., Somerville; 617-576-7700

  • Bistro 5

Not every buzzed-about restaurant merits a trip to the suburbs. But with scores like this, the upscale Italian at Bistro 5 is clearly worth a quick 10-minute trip to Medford.

    5 Playstead Rd., Medford; 781-395-7464

  • Blue Ginger

Food TV fans love chef Ming Tsai on his Emmy-nominated public television cooking show, Simply Ming. But you know where we love him most? In the kitchen, creating the plates at Blue Ginger that really made him famous.

    583 Washington St., Wellesley; 781-283-5790

  • Grill 23

The legendary steakhouse is a rare thing: a restaurant that has lasted more than a quarter of a century by eschewing trends and sticking to classic steak and seafood that is, as its scores show, always well done.

    161 Berkeley St.; 617-542-2255

  • L’Andana

If you thought Mistral chef Jamie Mammano would phone it in when he came to the suburbs in 2007, think again. The gorgeous ambience (evoking a Tuscan farmhouse) and menu replete with wood-grilled meats and fishes seem just as sophisticated in Burlington as they would in Boston.

    86 Cambridge St., Burlington; 781-270-0100

  • No. 9 Park

One of Boston’s top toques, Barbara Lynch has established quite the portfolio. But the scores show a soft spot for her very first solo venture, now a Beacon Hill icon.

    9 Park St.; 617-742-9991

  • Oishii

If you want sushi in the South End, or most anywhere else for that matter, the cool and contemporary vibe of Oishii is a perfect complement to its artful cuisine.

    1166 Washington St.; 617-482-8868

  • Sorellina

Right in the heart of Copley Square is this vital and pulsing modern Italian restaurant. Between the fabulous food and chic décor, it’s no wonder that amorous diners reward it with such high scores.

    1 Huntington Ave; 617-412-4600

  • Toro

A neighborhood restaurant through and through, Toro is well-known for its boisterous, convivial vibe and well-liked chef Jamie Bissonnette. That the modern tapas makes tongues wag throughout town is no small bonus.

    1704 Washington St.; 617-536-4300
