The 2014 James Beard Semifinalists for Boston

It's the time of year: the James Beard Foundation has announced its annual restaurant and chef award semifinalists, and slew of Boston-area people and places have made the (preliminary) cut. Among the highlights: Tim Maslow of Ribelle (pictured) is a semifinalist in the "Rising Star Chef of the Year" category. The finalists will be announced on Wednesday, March 19, and the winners on May 2 and May 5.
