Favor Delivery Launches in Boston, Here Are the Top 10 OrdersBy Scott Kearnan | July 23, 2014 By Scott Kearnan | July 23, 2014
This month saw the launch of Favor in Boston, only the second city to receive the mobile app delivery service. (Following Austin, where our local editor recently gave it thumbs up.) Founded by a pair of New Hampshire natives, the service lets you request delivery of an item from any local business for a flat fee: $5 for deliveries under $50 and $7.50 for deliveries between $50 and $100. They call and place the order, deliver it to you in a car that wears a bowtie on its front bumper (you know, in case it's a formal occasion), and you can track the process in real-time through the app.
Naturally, restaurants are among the most popular businesses that Favor users request. So to salute their local launch, we asked the Favor team to tell us the 10 Boston restaurants that are receiving the most requests so far. Get your dialing finger ready.
