First Look: Jason Santos' Menu for Back Bay Harry's

It's official: Hell's Kitchen runner-up chef Jason Santos is "in" at Back Bay Harry's, the 140-seat restaurant slated to open in September at 142 Berkeley Street, former home of Geoffrey's Cafe. When word first broke of the spot, Santos was linked; then, as recently as earlier this month, it was said he's not. But Zagat can confirm Santos is on board, and we're sure of it. So sure that we have his opening menu below. (You're welcome.)

It seems like trademark Santos: elevated comfort food with fun flourishes and creative combinations that fans of the blue-haired toque have come to expect. Santos isn't the only high-profile person associated with the project. The Great Gatsby-inspired space has been designed by HGTV and Restaurant Impossible personality Taniya Nayak, who was also behind the looks of Santos's Abby Lane and Blue Inc. And its eponymous owner is Harry Collings, a former Boston Redevelopment Authority bigwig and city power player.
