Jamie Bissonnette Debuts His Own Beer

We already know we love his cooking at South End hits Coppa and Toro (which just spawned a NYC sibling). But what about his brewing? Chef Jamie Bissonette has launched his own beer, reports Named PureBiss, it is described as an "unconventional witbier featuring spruce tips, grapefruit zest, and kaffir lime leaves." You can grab $13 bottles at both his restaurants; otherwise, it's only on tap (so far) at Sonny's Tavern in Dover, New Hampshire. Somehow, we have a feeling that could soon change.
