New Chef de Cuisine at Catalyst

Kendall Square's celebrated Catalyst has a new chef de cuisine this fall. Enter: Matthew Celeste, who previously worked under Catalyst owner William Kovel at the late Aujourd'hui in the Four Seasons Hotel. Celeste subsequently passed through the kitchen at Eastern Standard before opening Island Creek Oyster Bar under chef Jeremy Sewall; most recently he spent a year as executive sous chef of Somerville's Posto. He'll be bringing fresh vision to Catalyst's kitchen, with menus rotating every two to three weeks.
