It's Thursday, which means lobster pizza is on special at Stout Barrel House and Galley. This unique pie only makes an appearance once a week, and for good reason. The 12-inch pizza is topped with a gluttonous amount of Maine lobster (the same Maine lobster that goes into the restaurant’s signature lobster rolls) as well as garlic puree, cipollini onions, manchego cheese, chives and sea salt. Say no to the Buffalo wings and hello to the new Thursday night football snack of choice: lobster ‘za.
