West Loopers no longer need to travel to the Gold Coast to get their Da Lobsta fix. The newly opened outpost in the French Market - already home to Little Goat Bread, Wisma, Beavers Donuts and Pastoral - will serve the eatery's signature lobster roll (blue crab or shrimp can be substituted), along with innovative twists on the classic. Non-purists shouldn't miss the Mexican-style roll, with Chihuahua cheese, salsa and avocado, or an Indian-style one with cilantro mayo, mango chutney and potato-paneer salad. And because you can never have too much lobster (or cheese), the menu also includes lobster grilled cheese and lobster mac ‘n’ cheese.
