Arami launches Monday night service with its regular menu as well as a two new teishoku, or prix fixe, menus. A five-course option will be offered for $30 per person with sake pairings for $25 and an eight-course menu will be $60 per person with sake pairings for $40. Get a first taste of Katherine Anne Confection’s summer truffles at 6 PM. The preview party showcases seasonal strawberry rhubarb crisp and cherry goat cheese truffles along with grapefruit-rosemary and orange-thyme caramels. Tickets cost $25 online.
312’s garden party is a celebration of seasonal produce with a four-course dinner featuring fresh veggies and herbs directly from the rooftop garden. Starting at 6 PM on the patio, the four-course Italian feast includes beverage pairings for $85 (312-696-2420).
Milwaukee Avenue Arts Fest takes over Logan Square from Kedzie to Kimball on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy live music and local art while dining on summertime treats from Reno and sangria from Lula Cafe. There is a $5 suggested donation for entry.
It’s BBQ time Bill Kim-style with the Urbanbelly crew. Chef will fire up the grill on the patio from 4- 7 PM with BBQ babyback ribs, Korean fried chicken and watermelon salad. Tickets cost $45 online and include food and beverages.
