Gramercy Tavern Visits The Aviary

Get a taste of New York's Gramercy Tavern next Monday when the culinary team visits the Aviary to promote their new Gramercy Tavern Cookbook. Chef Michael Anthony will join Grant Achatz to prepare a selection of favorites from the iconic New York restaurant, including roasted beet roll-ups with freekeh, mushroom lasagna, monkey bread and chocolate-covered toffee with pumpkin seeds and sea salt. The evening also includes two drinks selected from the cookbook as well as some signature Aviary cocktails. Tickets cost $135 and include entrance to the event, a signed cookbook and access to all food and drink stations. Guests can select from two seating, one from 6-8 PM and the other from from 9-11 PM.
