President Barack Obama Dines at Chicago Cut Steakhouse

Last night, if your commute was miserable and you noticed snipers along the Chicago River, that was because President Obama rolled through town with the whole motorcade. He was here for a roundtable benefiting the Democratic National Committee, which was held at Chicago Cut Steakhouse, and, following the meeting, the President dined with an intimate group (if you count a few members of secret service and rooftop snipers as intimate).

The question on everyone’s mind is, “What did Obama eat?” No, it wasn't the 64-oz., $114 porterhouse, but the bone-in rib-eye. "As a native Chicagoan, we were deeply honored that the President chose Chicago Cut Steakhouse for his special evening," said owner David Flom. Obama showed his appreciation for the meal by autographing a menu and writing, “Thanks for the great food.”

How come no one shuts down half the city whenever we have a steak craving?
