Be among the first to see the award-winning documentary Spinning Plates. The film, which features Grant Achatz of Alinea along with two other high-profile restaurant pros and their unique struggles to maintain greatness, will premiere in Chicago on October 25-27 at Century Centre Cinema. Following the film, The Aviary will host an after-party complete with specialty cocktails, punches, champagne and beer paired with hors d'oeuvres. Rumor has it that chef Achatz and director Joseph Levy will also be in attendance at the event. Tickets for the movie and Q&A at The Aviary cost $95, or spring for the movie and late-night party for $125. Showtimes are 1:50 PM and 7:15 PM each day and ticket requests can be emailed to tickets@theaviary.com.
