Friday
Pulled pork poutine with pork gravy, cheese curds and crispy bacon paired with Firestone Walker’s Pivo Pils: this is just one of the pairings at SideDoor’s Firestone Walker Brewing Co. tap takeover. Join executive chef Victor Newgren and Firestone representative Rob Salitore for a night of great food and beer from 5 to 9 PM (312-787-6768).

Saturday
Tuesday Night Dinner partners up with HalfWit coffee roaster to present a multi-sensory experience. The event will pair bites from the underground supper club with locally roasted coffee at the HalfWit headquarters at 1 PM. Tickets cost $20 online.

Sunday
They may have lost the battle over being able to call their wormwood spirit malört, but Letherbee is determined to win the war and make Bësk the most popular bitter botanical in Chicago. At 8 PM, Sportsman’s Club hosts “Still the Bësk,” an evening featuring guest bartender Robbie Haynes (Analogue) slinging four, one-night-only Bësk cocktails (872-206-8054).
