Dryhop, the newest addition to the brewpub scene, is on a mission to prove that “kegs and eggs” are not just for rowdy college students. Its new brunch menu, debuting this weekend, features plenty of over-the-top dishes to soak up the freshly tapped beer. We like the sound of The Captain’s French Toast: fresh challah bread dipped in a rum-spiked egg and cream batter, crusted in Captain Crunch cereal and served with liquid cheesecake, blueberries and warm bourbon maple syrup. Dryhop has also partnered with local bakery, Hoosier Mama, to bring in pecan pie with Bobtail bourbon ice cream. A savory selection of omelets, poutine and a signature burger rounds out the hearty menu.
