DJ Dinner at FT33
Matt McCallister’s showplace of modern cuisine (pictured) welcomes not one but two chefs for the next chapter of his guest chef series. Alex Stupak (from NYC’s Empellón Cocina) and Damian Higgins (aka Dieselboy) each present three courses, plus three from McCallister. In a remix from previous guest dinners, Dieselboy's drums and bass playlist will play all night. Call 214-741-2629 for tickets ($125 plus tax and tip; cocktail reception starts at 6 PM).

Half-Price Specials at The Quarter
The deals flow like beer at this popular Uptown hang. Until midnight, tap selections and appetizers are half off. We suspect a hoppy brew would go wonderfully with the pork belly- and queso-topped Voodoo Fries.

Wine Down Wednesday at III Forks
The theme for June’s hump day events at the Addison-area steakhouse is zins, syrahs and white wines. For $15, guests can enjoy six samples and a selection of passed apps from exec chef Chris Vogeli. The fun kicks off at 5 PM.

Revolver Tap Takeover at Craft & Growler
The Granbury brewery sets up shop at the Expo Park beer bar to launch its Fracker Barrel One, a red wine barrel-aged stout that’s been tucked away for more than a year. Those who buy a pint of a Revolver brew get a souvenir glass. Also on tap: Blood and Honey, Mullet Cutter and Revolver Bock.
