Tim Love at Music City Food & Wine FestivalBy Farah Fleurima | June 26, 2014 By Farah Fleurima | June 26, 2014
Fort Worth’s culinary treasure Tim Love snagged a spot at this year’s Music City Food & Wine in Nashville. This September marks the second year of the culinary festival produced by — among others — the band Kings of Leon and C3 Presents, which also puts on Austin Food & Wine Festival and the Austin City Limits Music Festival.
Love joins a lineup of other nationally noted chefs, including Aarón Sánchez, Michael Symon, Masaharu Morimoto and Tyler Florence. Though he leads a hands-on grill class at AFWF in Nashville, the Lonesome Dove chef-owner will wield a cast-iron skillet in the Saturday afternoon demo, called The Art of Burning Food, where he’ll “discover the lost art of burning food,” according to the schedule. To see what other luminaries will be whipping up, check out the Music City list of events here.
