Denver’s Best Grilled Cheese Competition at Steve’s Snapping Dogs
As part of its Chow Down for Charity initiative, this City Park hot-dog hut is hosting a grilled-cheese sandwich-making competition from 1 PM to 3 PM. Taste of the NFL Fundraiser at TAG Burger Bar
Catch the Broncos-Chargers game at Troy Guard’s Congress Park burger joint (pictured), get your fill of booze and bar bites, and help raise money for the Food Bank of the Rockies in one fell swoop. From kickoff through the final play, a $25 entry fee includes wings, beer and specialty cocktails like the Orange Crush and the Mile High Martini - all you can stomach, with the caveat that the bar reserves the right to cut off those who over-imbibe (so behave).
