Los Chingones Launches Lunch
Troy Guard’s hot new Ballpark taqueria is now serving lunch on weekdays beginning at 11 AM, including “Speedy Gonzales” specials such as rice bowls, as well as the signature tacos.

Prix-Fixe Menu at twelve restaurant
At his suave contemporary spot in Ballpark, Jeff Osaka offers a three-course prix fixe for $38 every Monday through Wednesday, featuring your choice of appetizer, entree and dessert from the regular menu. Since that changes at the beginning of each month, this week marks your first chance to try his lamb belly-and-smoked beet salad; brisket with barley porridge, nuts and seeds; or pecan pain perdu in brown butter (view the rest of the selection here).

Brew Bites at Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen
Beer Month has begun at Jennifer Jasinski and Beth Gruitch’s Larimer Square gastropub, Euclid Hall - which means two things. First, you can belly up every Tuesday in January from 3 PM to close for Brew Bites, offering three beer samples accompanied by a trio of nibbles for $12.50. The two-ounce pours are chosen on a weekly theme, starting with “Hopped Up” (AleSmith IPA, Hitachino Nest Dai Dai IPA and Grand Teton Pursuit of Hoppiness American Red Ale). Second, you should check Euclid's Facebook and Twitter pages on the regular, as the staff will be breaking out rare cellared beers on a moment’s notice all month.

Sips and Snacks at Rioja
Around the corner, there’s a similar annual tradition: each Tuesday this month, the bar at Jasinski and Gruitch’s Mediterranean flagship is the place to be for a quartet of wine samples paired with snacks (pictured). Offered throughout dinner service, the $15 tasting changes weekly; tonight, the theme is bubbly.
