Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the happy hour menu adds another reason to head to the laid-back Montrose locale. You get a buck off draught beer and keg wine, and a deal on food, including $6 catfish sliders, $7 shrimp and grits and $4 fried okra (Weekdays; 3-7 PM).

The small first floor has a sizeable backyard patio, and the upstairs offers additional seating (and doubles as theater or meeting space for 50). Happy hour at the Montrose bar includes live piano music, $3 mixed drinks, $2 domestic drafts, $4 sangria, $15 select bottles of wine and bites from the Taqueria El Palomo food truck outside (Weekdays; 6-8 PM).
