6 Alternative Valentine's Date Ideas

By Amber Ambrose  |  February 3, 2014

Valentine's Day doesn't have to be chocolates, wine and roses. It can also be whimsical, shared with friends as well as significant others, or just plain quirky. If you forgot to make reservations or are just looking for something outside of the box of chocolates, here are six ideas that range from a science lecture inside a museum (with dinner) to a fun evening of beer and taco truck fare. The possibilities are endless, but this should give you a head start for the big weekend ahead.
