Another sign of the times is Backstreet Cafe's annual artichoke menu. The seasonal delight is the star of the show in dishes like crawfish-stuffed artichoke with lemon and breadcrumbs, rigatoni with artichoke pesto and the tasty fritto misto with lightly breaded baby artichokes, octopus, calamari, broccolini, piquillo peppers, carrots and cauliflower - all served with lemon aioli. The menu debuted earlier this week and will only be offered for a few months.
