Summer Chef Series Grand Finale at Vic & Anthony’s

Join chef Carlos Rodriguez of Vic & Anthony’s when he hosts cohorts from Landry's Signature Group, including pastry chef Eunice Grass and eight others (Luis Rubio of La Griglia, Brian Miner of Brenner's Steakhouse and Ricky Cruz of Grotto) in a blowout dinner, the grand finale of the Signature Chef's series. 

Highlights from the elaborate seven-course feast include cajun baked oyster and creole barbecue shrimp; Golden Tile (similar to lobster or crab) with summer squash pasta; pulled pork ravioli in a chanterelle mushroom sauce; and for dessert, peaches n’ creamsicle semifredo, almond and pistachio Florentine and honey glazed grilled peaches.

Don't miss out the seriously good eats. The dinner is Wednesday, August 13, at Vic & Anthony's steakhouse downtown (7 PM; $150 per person).
