Tony Vallone added one more restaurant to his empire yesterday, when his (other) namesake Italian, Vallone's, officially opened for dinner (lunch starts this Wednesday, Dec. 4). Executive chef Grant Gordon is utilizing a "technique-driven approach to steaks, fish and homemade pasta" inside the Memorial destination, just in time for the holiday party rush. The pedigreed family of restaurants also includes Houston classic, Tony's as well as the more casual Ciao Bello.
