Mix up your standard brunch order this weekend at Midtown's Cook & Collins. Aside from the usual eggs Benedict and ham and cheese omelet, the menu also offers the likes of gingersnap waffles, banana and peanut butter pancakes and creamsicle Texas toast with custard, a slathering of brown butter pineapple and a jalapeno popper for good measure. While mimosas are fine, kick it up a notch with the Bellini Collins. This fruity frozen concoction is a mix of peach and orange plus vodka and Champagne. Saturday brunch is from 10:30 AM until 3 PM and Sunday from 9:30 AM until 4 PM.
