Daniel Boulud Joins Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air

By Lesley Balla | September 23, 2013 By Lesley Balla  |  September 23, 2013

If there are two chefs who helped change the American culinary landscape forever, it's Daniel Boulud and Wolfgang Puck. Come October 23, you can meet both chefs and dine on a multi-course feast prepared by both at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air. This is the first time the two have worked side by side, all to celebrate Boulud's new cookbook, Daniel: My French Cuisine. The dinner is $225 per person with wines from Ca' del Bosco Winery for $85 more. It's a high-priced ticket for sure, but still cheaper than trying to dine in Bel-Air and then flying across the country to hit Daniel in New York City. Seating is limited and the reservation line opens this morning (310-909-1644). Or, try to win two spots and a signed copy of Boulud's book by emailing your full name and address to
