Del Posto's Brooks Headley at Bar Marmont Tonight

If you can't get to New York, let New York come to you. This year's James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef Brooks Headley (Del Posto), joins chef Carolynn Spence at Bar Marmont tonight, November 13, for a five-course menu featuring whatever the two find at the farmer's market this week. Known for his fusion of sweet and savory profiles, like this pecorino cake with roasted pink lady apples and honey, Headley will collaborate with Spence on each course. And to add a little rock and roll to the mix (Headley plays drums), one of his bandmates, Andy Coronado from Wrangler Brutes, will be the DJ throughout dinner. 6-11 PM. $85 per person.
