There was a day when chocolate molten cake and tuna tartare hit a tipping point, but now we're looking at you, Cronut knock-offs. What about some other underrated or overrated food trends: Can we finally put kale to rest or should we just get used to it being on every menu? Is quinoa all that? Are cocktails on tap the wave of the future or should we put a cork in it? Communal tables might just put us all over the edge, but some people love the conviviality.
