Oh how we do love a good seasonal cocktail. Fall flavors turn to pears, apples, persimmons and spice; sometimes drinks are served hot, sometimes cold. Cliff's Edge just added a bunch of new cocktails to the menu, like the Pear Appearant made with Nolet's silver gin, white port, spiced pear puree, prosecco and balsamic. Sweet, tart, a bit of savory spice. Others include a persimmon margarita with black cardamom and cinnamon, and an Autumn Old Fashioned with 12-year-old bourbon, maple, spice and citrus. The bar opens at 6 PM.
