Bouchon thinks you might need this plate of oysters for happy hour, and we pretty much agree. At $2 per oyster, they aren't the cheapest in town (you can find some $1 oysters), but at least at Thomas Keller's bistro, you can rest assured these are top-notch. With that little bit of savings, you can have some plump shrimp or clams on the half shell from the raw bar, or stop at the bar downtsairs for beer and drink specials. Not to mention that fantastic park between the restaurant and the Montage across the way. What are you waiting for? Oh, 5:30 PM, right. Because that's when the awesome starts.
