For those who don't feel like firing up their own grills: Short Order's weekly Grill-Outs kick off tonight: chef Christian Page and in-house buther Chris Fuller will do whole-animal roasts on the spit out front. Tonight you'll find lamb, which will be served with seasonal sides and wood-grilled flat bread for $15 per plate. Next week, August 27, look for a whole pig roast and bbq porchetta sandwiches. Make sure to grab a seasonal fruit smash at the bar beforehand and a custard shake for the road.
