100 Montaditos Hits Palm Beach, Fork & Balls Coming in June

Eater.com says the upcoming raw bar Mignonette will now be a "stand alone" venue as opposed to merely an extension off Danny Serfer's Blue Collar. The new venue plans to offer not only raw bar items but also "a variety of cooked items" including prime rib. 

100 Montaditos, a restaurant chain from Spain, will open its 16th U.S. location in West Palm Beach this Thursday, May 22. The menu features 100 different small sandwiches called Montaditos ($1.49 to $2.99 each; pictured) that are stuffed with items like jamón serrano, chorizo and queso manchego.

The team behind South Florida hot spots Yolo (You Only Live Once) and Tarpon Bend plan to open a new spot off Las Olas Boulevard called Fork & Balls in June. Eater.com reports this new casual eatery will have a "concept built around the idea of meatballs."
