Radio Bar South Beach's Chicago-based beverage director recently came to Miami to redesign the cocktail menu, creating an array of new potions ($12 each). One of the eight new drinks to try is the zesty Foreign Exchange, made with Beefeaters gin, orange bitters and nutmeg.
Whiskey Blue at W Fort Lauderdale has added a new libation to its list called the Cape Cobbler ($14). Fitting for the season, it's made with dried cranberries, plum gin and maraschino, all mixed together and served dirty on the rocks.
Catch Miami is doling out a Dirty Bastard cocktail ($15) made with Jameson, bitters and Smith & Cross rum. The tongue-tingling drink is served over ice in a copper mug, topped off with ginger beer, floating rum and candied ginger for the garnish.
