The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne presents its fourth annual six-course white truffle dinner on Wednesday, November 13, inside its Italian venue Cioppino. Dish highlights feature beef tartare, risotto al tartufo, slow-braised veal shank and noisette butter-sautéed asian pear with alba white truffle and caramel. Scarpetta in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach celebrates truffle season with a month long six-course tasting menu throughout November. The dinner menu offers smoked lobster tartare, polenta truffled mushroom fricassee, tagliolini and agnolotti del plin and 21-day aged sirloin of beef served with truffle emulsion. Quattro Gastronomia Italiana launches its new truffle menu offered now until December 2013. Customers can expect items such as fontina cheese fondue with poached egg yolk, Langhe tagliolini in Italian butter sauce and veal scaloppini with truffle butter sauce and truffle fries.
