By Carissa Chesanek | January 24, 2014 By Carissa Chesanek  |  January 24, 2014

Local chef Simon Stojanovic (formerly from Michael's Genuine Food & Drink and AltaMare Restaurant) plans to open a new pop up concept called Bent Fork early next month. The space will be situated inside The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions and will be opened for dinner Monday nights (reservations starting at 7 PM) and will last throughout February and March. Locally sourced ingredients will play a heavy role in the small plate, sharing menu and will include dishes like local lamb tartar with smoked shiitake and cooled beet ($16) and robata scallops made with pork belly and poached pear. Fine wines will also be served along with select craft beers offered on tap.
