While sampling the recently revamped menu at DiLido Beach Club, we stumbled upon this delicious pork carnitas slider. Made with guajillo pepper spread and pickled red onion, this sammy definitely caught our eye with its piled-on presentation, but it's the distinct Mexican flavor that really drew us in - that and the fact that the dish is based on an old, secret family recipe created by the chef's grandfather many years ago. After taking a bite out of this spicy number, we think sometimes family secrets are worth sharing.
