Tasting Notes: This sexy South Beach steakhouse recently added tapas to its menu, with weekly rotating dishes that are perfectly suited for smaller bites at the bar or as starters while in the dining room. And while the certified Angus beef prime filet jerky is ideal to chew on while sipping a glass of red, the meaty Kobe pastrami sliders are the way to go when hunkering for something heartier. Piled high with thinly sliced housemade pastrami, these juicy baby burgers are delicious and made just right. Topped with aged fontina, fennel slaw and Thousan Island aioli, the dish is finished off on a slightly toasted brioche bun that will fill you up without overdoing it.
