Best Thing We Ate: The Dutch's Little Oyster Sandwiches

By Carissa Chesanek | May 6, 2014 By Carissa Chesanek  |  May 6, 2014

The Dish: Little Oyster Sandwiches

The Price: $5 each

Tasting Notes: This American eatery sitting inside the posh W South Beach hotel provides the ideal upscale late-night bar snack with these crispy little numbers. While the sliders might be small (you'll need at least two to fill up on), the oysters sandwiched between the buttery brioche bun are anything but tiny. Sprawling over the sides of the bun, the cornmeal-fried fish is meaty, crunchy and tasty, but the layers of Iceburg lettuce and tartar sauce on top help it all come together, adding a fresh crispness to the overall end result.
