Well, it's official. Spring (and humidity) is in the air. But it's not all bad. While the temperature might be on the rise, so is the dining scene. Here are the most anticipated restaurants to hit Miami this season.
Menin Hospitality's new Southeast Asian entry focusing on Thai, sushi and whiskey is set to open in the trendy South of Fifth neighborhood come May, with former Top Chef Masters star Herb Wilson leading the kitchen.

Miami's first pop-up by The Federal guys finally has a home inside the former Moonshine Asian Bistro spot in MiMo, and plans to start serving fan-favorite pho dishes and plates spun from family recipes sometime in May.

This funky, retro-style diner decked out in colorful decor is launching this spring in Wynwood, featuring traditional American comfort food with a modern twist.

Tom Colicchio's eagerly awaited farm-to-table, seafood-focused restaurant inside 1 Hotel and Homes, slated to open in late March, will include a raw bar, cocktail bar, outdoor terrace and private dining upstairs. Colicchio will also help run The Sand Box and Tom on Collins lobby bar at the hotel.

Tongue & Cheek's chef-owner Jamie DeRosa will open a new fish and oyster shack this spring, serving New England–style grub (think clam bakes and creamy chowder) in a comfortable setting.
