Miami's first Vietnamese-inspired pop-up Phuc Yea! helmed by The Federal Food, Drink & Provision's chef Cesar Zapata, comes back for one night Thursday, June 26, inside the Thai venue Khong River House. As part of 50 Eggs Guest Chef Series, the former pop-up will take over the South Beach restaurant by offering a five-course street-inspired Asian menu with wine pairings for $75 per person here.
