Nina Compton Leaves Scarpetta, Phuc Yea! Pops Up Inside Khong

Miami.com reports that chef Nina Compton's last day at Scarpetta (pictured) is this Thursday, June 5, and New York-based chef Marlon Rambaran will be taking her place. 

Edge Copa Lounge pops up inside Edge Steak & Bar at the Four Seasons starting on June 12, for the beginning of World Cup and International Cachaca Day. The temporary den, featuring made-to-order caipirinhas, globally inspired grub, flatscreens and foosball tables, runs until July 12. Miami's first Vietnamese-inspired pop-up Phuc Yea! helmed by The Federal Food, Drink & Provision's chef Cesar Zapata, comes back for one night Thursday, June 26, inside the Thai venue Khong River House. As part of 50 Eggs Guest Chef Series, the former pop-up will take over the South Beach restaurant by offering a five-course street-inspired Asian menu with wine pairings for $75 per person here.
