PB Steak hosts a four-course, family-style dinner with wine pairings from Flowers Vineyard and Winery on February 19. The evening kicks off at 7 PM with beavertail oysters and Flowers Camp Meeting Ridge Chardonnay, followed by pork cheek raviolis paired with Flowers Perennial Red and roasted duck breast with Flowers Pinot Noir Sea View Ridge. The Delano Hotel and Made in Italy Miami presents an Italian aperitivo on February 18. Guests will enjoy sipping on complimentary Zonin Prosecco Sparkling Wine while listening to DJ Corrado Rizza spin live. The event is free but RSVP is required here.
