Lorenzo's new executive chef, Chris Wyman (formerly of New York's Oceana), recently gave the South Beach restaurant's menu a summer upgrade, emphasizing seafood with dishes like soft shell crab with romesco sauce and red snapper ceviche with hearts of palm.
Perfect for: Beach-goers wanting light, fresh, ocean-inspired cuisine.
Dish that won't disappoint: Grilled wahoo with English pea puree, sugar snap peas, wild mushrooms and pickled shallots ($22).
What to drink: The Editorialista, a mix of Caña Brava rum, apricot liqueur, apricot preserves and passion fruit ($12).
Good to know: Most of the herbs come from the restaurant's rooftop garden.
Best seat: Inside with cool AC, parked next to the window overlooking Collins.
