Prime Fish Plans to Open End of JanuaryBy Carissa Chesanek | January 14, 2014 By Carissa Chesanek | January 14, 2014
We love to ring in the new year with something new and sparkly, especially when it's another restaurant by the team that gave us Prime One Twelve and Prime Italian. Restaurateur Myles Chefetz and chef Michael Sabin plan to launch their latest seafood conquest Prime Fish the end of this month, and upscale foodies around the city couldn't be more excited. Located close to its sister concepts, the new fish house will offer its trendy South of Fifth visitors Prime's signature modern ambiance with an elite a la carte menu to match. While the full menu hasn't yet been released, we do know that diners will have the option to choose a "fresh-caught" fish - like Big Eye Tuna from Hawaii - prepared and cooked to their liking. Other items will include a play on classic fish sticks along with similar Prime One Twelve's select cuts of meats.
