Tito Vargas has recently been appointed to chef de cuisine at The Bazaar by José Andrés. According to Eater.com, the chef is "excited to continue incorporating Miami's regional Latin flavors into Andrés' signature modern Spanish cuisine."
BLT Prime (pictured) is now opened inside Trump National Doral. Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward and head chef Paul Niedermann (from season nine of Hell's Kitchen) features a menu of USDA Prime Certified Angus beef options paired with classic sides like creamed spinach and truffled mashed potatoes.
Dogfish Head Brewery recently created a beer infused with wasabi for a limited time. FoodBeast.com says that the IPA brew named Rosabi, is made with "8% ABV and comes flavored with Louisiana red rice."
