We know nothing complements a meal better than a good one. So, swirl, sip and eat at these two upcoming wine dinners.
The Restaurant at the Setai presents its Duckhorn Winemaker Dinner tonight, April 30, with a cocktail reception starting at 7 PM. Guests will feast on an elaborate prix fixe menu of poached Maine lobster with compressed watermelon paired with chardonnay and slow-braised short ribs complemented by a Bordeaux blend. The cost is $150 per person and reservations are required (305-520-6400).
Downtown's db Bistro Moderne teams up with Perez Art Museum Miami director Thom Collins to host a "Miami’s Own" wine dinner on May 13 starting at 6:30 PM. Diners will enjoy dishes like Peekytoe crab with coconut and spring lamb with fava beans along with various Italian wines including Tascante Ghiaia Nera Sicilia. Attending guests will also get a free pass for two at the PAMM. The cost is $125.91 per person and can be bought here.
